Sentinel Management Solutions Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Sentinel platform aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We recognise that some areas of the platform may not yet fully meet all criteria, and we are actively working to address these gaps.

Accessibility Features

• High contrast colour scheme with a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text
• Adjustable text sizing through browser controls — all layouts are responsive
• Screen reader compatible with ARIA labels and landmarks throughout
• Keyboard navigable — all interactive elements are reachable via Tab and activated via Enter/Space
• Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
• Alternative text provided for all meaningful images
• Form fields have associated labels and error messages
• Data tables include proper headers and captions
• No content relies solely on colour to convey information
• Reduced motion support — animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting
• Session timeout warnings with option to extend

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are working to resolve them:

• Some complex data visualisation charts may not be fully accessible to screen readers — we provide tabular data alternatives
• PDF exports may not meet PDF/UA standards — we are working on accessible PDF generation
• The body map drawing tool requires mouse interaction — keyboard and voice alternatives are in development
• Some third-party components may have accessibility gaps that we are working with vendors to address
